WT301 gamma detector is designed to monitor the gamma dose rate at real time. It can be widely used in nuclear power plant, laboratory for nuclear physics, environmental monitoring station, radiation surgery department etc.
WT301 gamma detector is designed to monitor the gamma dose rate at real time. It can be widely used in nuclear power plant, laboratory for nuclear physics, environmental monitoring station, radiation surgery department etc.
The electronics of the detector is consist of GM tube, signal conditioning circuit, and signal processing unit based on a micro-processing chip, which accomplish the counting rate generation, dose rate calculation, detector status monitoring; moreover, by utilizing the GM tube with different specification or multiple GM tubes, the detector is able to cover different range of dose rate.
The outstanding characteristics of WT301 gamma detector is its ability for extension.Without any customization, the detector could extend the function of Ethernet communication, mass data storage, wireless communicationetc.,which provides the opportunities to fully meet customers’ requirement.
The Ethernet Communication is based on the TCP/IP protocol, which indicates the detector could directly merge into the area network, any computer in the network is able to acquire the radiation information from the detector by the IP address; the data storage module is based on a pluggable SD card, in the circumstance of communication interruption, the history data could be stored for at least one year to prevent the data loss; the wireless module achieve the function of wireless communication and battery power supply, which is desired in temporary on-site radiation monitoring.
