WT100 Series
WT100 series of plastic scintique is a blue-light plastic scintique, used to measure γ rays, X-rays, etc. ,
is in the styrene monomer to add POPOP, three biphenyls and other luminescent materials thermal
polymerization, relative to other scintique materials, low price, and can manufacture very large volumes
of products. Our products can be made into different geometric shapes, such as: plates, sheets,
blocks, rods, columns, rings, etc., can also be customized according to the size of the user, and provide
different reflective materials and packages.
We can also provide plastic scintique components, such as bonding (coupled) plastic scintiques with
light guides, photoplouplier tubes, silicon photodiodes, etc., and installing the appropriate metal or
non-metallic housings as needed. If an electronics module is required, we can provide it and communicate with us on specific customizations.
WT102 series plastic scintillators are specially used for β-ray measurement. The thickness is generally between 0.25-1mm. The reason for making this thickness is to reduce the influence of γ-rays on it. The raw material composition of this scintillator is the same as that of WT100, but there is a certain difference in the concentration ratio of the luminescent material.
WT102 series plastic scintillators are made of styrene monomer thermal polymerization process, which has the advantages of high detection efficiency, good consistency, and no deformation.
WT104 series plastic scintillators are used for the measurement of alpha rays. This kind of scintillator
is sprayed with a certain thickness of ZnS (Ag) on the surface of PMMA, generally the thickness
is 5mg/cm2.
The thickness of PMMA is generally 0.1-10mm, and it can be made into a very large area,
for example: 1000*1000mm.
The WT104 series plastic scintillator adopts advanced spraying technology to ensure its
excellent uniformity and good consistency.
WT106 SERIES
WT106 series plastic scintillators are used for the measurement of α and β rays. This scintillator is sprayed with a certain thickness of ZnS (Ag) on the surface of the WT102, generally the thickness is 5mg/cm2. WT102 is used to measure β rays, silver activated zinc sulfide is used to measure α rays, and a ZnS (Ag) coating of appropriate thickness just absorbs α rays.
The WT106 series plastic scintillator adopts advanced spraying technology to ensure its excellent uniformity and good consistency.
